Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

MOBI USA wants everyone who shops for a health, baby or home monitoring product to be able to use this site. We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard commonly used to meet the accessibility expectations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for websites.

What we do

Keyboard accessible

Navigation, product cards, galleries and purchase controls can be reached and operated without a mouse, with a visible focus indicator.

Readable and resizable

Body text meets contrast targets, layout reflows down to phone widths, and text can be zoomed to 200% without loss of content.

Described media

Images carry descriptive alternative text, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers so the page reads in a logical order.

Conformance status

We believe this site substantially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. It is not fully conformant: some product imagery supplied by manufacturers arrives without descriptive text, and shop and checkout steps run inside a third-party storefront whose markup we do not control. Where we add new pages, we re-check headings, contrast, labels and keyboard order before publishing.

Known limitations

  • Manufacturer product photos and infographics may carry limited alternative text.
  • Cart and checkout are handled by our storefront provider and follow its accessibility features.
  • Some embedded video content may not include captions.

Tell us about a barrier

If any page, document or purchase step stops you from getting what you need, contact us and describe the page and what happened. We will respond within five business days, tell you what we are doing, and offer the information or a way to complete your order by phone or email in the meantime.

Accessibility Coordinator

Accessibility feedback is handled by our customer care team, who route requests to the Accessibility Coordinator for review.
